It’s not Northrock, it’s BTC, I’m assuming that you have DSL of course, however my office and my home both sporatically lost internet all through Thursday and Friday while I was home. Both use two different providers (TBI and C&W) both are upstream providers as well, so I sincerely doubt it’s the ISP’s.

I gave up on using BTC altogether quite some time ago.
I’ve just been dealing with Northrock’s “I’m sorry that your internet isn’t working at the moment, and I know our building is on fire and has been for the last four hours, but there’s nothing wrong on our end. It must be (let me just check who you’re with…) CableVision’s fault” line for WAY too long *grin*
Frustration set in a long long time ago.
